Account and profile
Who can join?
The public beta is for adults aged 18 and over. Email registration asks for your birth year and confirmation that you are already 18. Confirm your email, then complete your profile. Google and phone options are available only when configured.
Is the beta free?
Yes. No card is required. Paid plans are not available yet.
Can I edit my profile?
Use Edit profile to update your football details. Only add information you can support. Missing statistics and ratings stay missing.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Select Forgot password on the login page to request a recovery email for your account.
Discovery and media
How does player search work?
Members can search eligible profiles using football filters. The basic query parser is rule-based. Where assisted interpretation is available, it helps turn a request into filters; it does not assess football ability or analyse video.
Does a profile guarantee a trial or contract?
No. Transfer.AI provides a profile and discovery tools. It does not guarantee recruitment, trials, contracts or a response from another member.
Can I upload a full game publicly?
No. Full games remain private. Clip uploads depend on the available upload service and validation checks. Upload only media you have permission to share; uploading does not mean the footage has been analysed.
Privacy and safety
What does an adult declaration mean?
It is a member's own statement, not identity verification. Messaging requires eligible accounts on both sides. Under-18 information, conflicting age details, account restrictions or blocks can prevent contact.
Can I control visibility?
Review your profile visibility in Settings before sharing. Keep exact addresses and other sensitive information out of your profile and posts. Youth discovery remains restricted.
How do I report or block someone?
Use the report and block controls on the relevant profile or content. You can review blocked accounts in Settings. Do not use messages to share confidential documents or payment details.
