Information we use
Transfer.AI stores your account details, profile information, birth year and adult declaration, and the content and interactions you choose to submit. These can include photographs, clips, posts, comments, follows, saved items and messages. We also store reports, blocks and account safety records. Do not submit your full date of birth, identity documents, payment details or confidential information in your profile or messages.
Our hosting and authentication services process technical information such as network addresses, request logs and sign-in events to deliver and protect the service. The app records the UTC dates on which signed-in members visit, for aggregate activity reporting.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, maintain your football profile, provide discovery and social features, deliver messages, respond to support requests, handle reports and prevent abuse. Birth year and adult declarations help enforce account and contact restrictions; a declaration does not verify identity.
Who can see it
Your profile starts private. Review visibility in Settings before sharing. Information you publish can be viewed or copied by its permitted audience. Messages are available to conversation participants and are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized operators may access stored information for support, safety and service administration. Full games cannot be public.
Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage; Vercel hosts the application. These providers process information to operate their services, potentially outside your country. If assisted search is enabled, the search text is sent to a model provider through Vercel AI Gateway. Basic rule-based search does not require that request. Do not include confidential information in search text.
The beta has no live payments or advertising network integration. Publicly sourced professional player records are separate from member submissions; contact support to request a correction.
Cookies and choices
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Signing out ends your app session. You can edit your profile, change its visibility and use the report and block controls. Blocking does not recall information another person already copied.
Retention and requests
Account and content records remain stored until removed; this beta does not automatically expire inactive accounts. Deletion and data-access requests are handled manually by the operator. Contact support to request access, correction or removal, including closure of your account. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. Removal from the live service may not immediately remove provider backups or records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.
The public beta is for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has registered or someone has posted information they should not share, contact support so it can be reviewed.
